Professor Dylan Wiliam
Dylan Wiliam is Emeritus Professor of Educational Assessment at University College London. In a varied career, he has taught in inner-city schools, directed a large-scale testing programme, served a number of roles in university administration, including Dean of a School of Education, and pursued a research programme focused on supporting teachers to develop their use of assessment in support of learning.


Mike Foley
Mike Foley is Chief Executive Officer of the Wessex Multi-Academy Trust, a family of schools in Dorset built around the principle that “learning is everything” and that young people should be encouraged to unlock, rather than limit, their potential. In a career spanning school and system leadership, he has served as Headteacher of The Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester and has been closely involved in collaborative initiatives such as the Dorchester Area Schools Partnership, helping to promote school-to-school support so that staff across the trust’s primary, middle and upper schools work together to secure the best possible education for every pupil.
